The cause of coal spontaneous combustion lies in coal’s spontaneous combustion tendency.Previous studies focused on single factors or macro performance,but lacked comprehensive analysis of various factors affecting coal itself.So,using experimental means and data processing methods,the influencing factors of coal spontaneous combustion tendency are analyzed from coal structure and composition.Coal samples from 13 off-site mining areas were selected as experimental objects,and coal types were identified by vitrinite reflectance experiments;the temperature programmed gas chromatography on-line experiment was carried out for samples by using oxidation kinetics test method,and the spontaneous combustion tendency of samples was obtained;the experiments of element analysis,industrial analysis and micro component analysis were carried out,and the experimental data of coal composition were obtained;the low-temperature nitrogen adsorption experiment and FTIR experiment were carried out.The infrared spectrum was processed by peak fitting and quantification,and experimental data on coal structure were obtained.Pearson correlation analysis and grey correlation analysis were performed on coal basic data and the comprehensive judgment index of spontaneous combustion tendency to identify the key factors.Taking these as independent variables and the comprehensive judgment index of coal spontaneous combustion tendency as the dependent variable,statistics and data analysis software were used to establish a multi-factor evaluation model of coal spontaneous combustion tendency,which was tested by applying to actual coal seam and proved highly reliable.Through the above studies,the influence of various basic influencing factors of coal on the spontaneous combustion tendency is comprehensively evaluated and ranked.A multi factor evaluation model of coal spontaneous combustion tendency is established,which can be used for the prediction of coal spontaneous combustion tendency and the prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion.Figure 17;Table 25;Reference 66.
