Since the reform and opening up 40 years ago,the construction industry has developed rapidly,and has increasingly become a new engine driving the economic growth of our country.Production safety is one of the important contents of building a harmonious society.However,in terms of the current development situation of construction projects in China,the huge construction investments and amazing construction speed have already left the improvement of production safety control far behind.The rapid development of the construction industry shows that the project scale and benefits have been greatly improved compared with the earlier years of the prosperity scene,but due to the impact of extensive safety management mode,the frequent safety accidents caused by negative social problems are still prominent.Safety production is the lifeline of the construction industry.Without safety production,there would be no development and expansion of the industry,and it would be difficult for enterprises to improve their benefits.The industry is composed of enterprises,and the construction enterprise production safety management focus should be the construction site.Although China's construction industry has summed up some management experience and methods after decades of development,it is still difficult to comprehensively control all kinds of hazards in the construction process.Therefore,PDCA model and safety earned value method are adopted as the theoretical basis to solve the problems of safety cost and unpredicted risks in the current project construction safety management process,which can not only realize the comprehensive monitoring of the construction process,but also optimize the safety cost.The research methods are still based on qualitative and quantitative analysis,and case analysis is carried out in combination with relevant theoretical literatures at home and abroad.The evaluation process of safety earned value method under PDCA model is demonstrated,which proved the feasibility and effectiveness of this method in practical construction.The results show that the grey Markov model is adopted to predict the security level of project planning,and the state is divided by the residual relative error rate of grey predicted value and actual value.Through in-depth analysis of the root cause of deviations,and in the summary of the promotion stage to correct deviations,more targeted.In PDCA model,the application of safety earned value method can make up for the deficiencies in safety management,not only ensure the safety of the project,but also control the safety cost,which can provide reliable basis and help for the safety management of construction enterprises and project staff.Figure 6;Table 10;Reference 42...
