In recent years,the number of domestic and foreign diesel vehicles is increasing year by year.At the same time,exhaust emission standards of diesel vehicles in various countries are becoming increasingly strict.In this context,AdBlue(European diesel exhaust fluid,also known as vehicle urea)market demand is also increasing.Faced with the vast demand of AdBlue market in Europe,British AIR-Serv company developed self-service AdBlue filling machine,and the research group developed and equipped a payment terminal with multiple payment ways for this filling machine in 2019,thus completing the preliminary preparation for the application of the filling machine.Aiming at the application demand of self-service AdBlue filling machine,this paper studies and designs the site selection scheme of filling machine in application and the remote monitoring system in operation management.The paper mainly completed the following work:1)Study the problem of site selection optimization for self-service AdBlue filling machine.The site selection of the filling machine is the first step in the deployment of the filling machine.A good site selection scheme can give full play to the service capability of the filling machine and increase the profit of the enterprise and users' experience.Combined with the idea of set covering,this paper builds a site selection model for self-service AdBlue filling machine and proposes an optimal site selection scheme for filling machine.In this solution,the minimum number of AdBlue filling machines can be deployed to cover the entire target area,saving the enterprise investment cost and matching the filling machine's service capacity with the demand in the region.This paper provides quantitative evaluation support for AIR-Serv when deploying AdBlue filling machine.2)Design the remote monitoring system of the self-service AdBlue filling machine.In this paper,a remote monitoring system of self-service AdBlue filling machine is designed based on the popular NB-Io T technology.The hardware design work mainly includes the circuit design of power supply,data acquisition,NB-Io T wireless communication and other modules.The design of software mainly includes embedded software,database table,Web application and so on.After the system design is successful,the manager can directly view the real-time or historical data of the filling machine through the browser,including the device status parameters,alarm information,etc.The monitoring system designed in this paper can meet the needs of enterprises for monitoring and management in the operation of the filling machine.3)Test the whole function of the monitoring system.The test results show that the system runs stably and can achieve the expected design goal.With the joint efforts of the research group and the British AIR-Serv company,the monitoring system studied in this paper has been applied to each self-service AdBlue filling machine produced by the cooperative enterprise,and achieved productization.This research can solve the site selection and monitoring problems when AIR-Serv deploying self-service AdBlue filling machine in the target area,which has practical application value and economic significance.
