The roller is a key part of the rolling mill.Its surface shape and position accuracy directly determine the quality of the steel strip.Affected by the contact and friction between the roller and the steel strip,the rolling surface has a certain amount of wear.The weak vibration of the roller causes the rolling mill's The stability of the whole machine is reduced,and the quality of the rolled steel strip is reduced,so the rolls need to be replaced regularly,thereby causing waste of roll resources.Therefore,how to identify the amount of roll wear and develop roll remanufacturing and repair technology to improve the performance of the roll and extend its service life to meet the needs of the development of modern steel rolling industry has become an important issue in the current roll manufacturing industry.In this paper,an experimental platform for roll surface surfacing repair is designed to repair the surface of waste roll workpieces,so that the comprehensive utilization rate of resources should reach more than 75% and reduce industrial costs.This article combines the current research status of the experimental table at home and abroad,plans the main functions of the experimental table,and proposes a detailed design plan according to the goals that the experimental table can achieve,which provides a theoretical basis for the model building of the CNC surfacing welding experimental table of the roll;According to the proposed solutions and overall requirements,the functional objectives of each subsystem are analyzed,the structural design scheme of each subsystem is proposed,and the specific mechanical structure and control system design are carried out.Solid Works is used to establish the three-dimensional model of each subsystem to complete the specific structural design of the roll CNC overlay welding test bench.Type selection and verification of key components.Through the ANSYS-Workbench software,static and modal mechanics simulation analysis of the welding motion platform,beam components and supports is carried out,and the feasibility is verified according to the simulation analysis results.Using the principle of rigid-flexible coupling multi-body dynamics,a multi-body dynamics model of the welding motion platform and the repair shaft rotating mechanism was established,and ADAMS dynamics simulations were conducted to verify the reliability and stability of the structure.The control system design and research of roll remanufacturing test table are carried out.The hardware mainly focuses on the theoretical design and selection of four parts: welding power supply,roll clamping and driving system,movable welding torch system and relatedwater cooling equipment,and specific circuits for it design.In addition,the software design of the human-machine interaction interface related to the roll CNC overlay welding system is carried out.Use the Simulink module in MATLAB software to construct the simulation model of the hydraulic system of the welding gun lifting mechanism,and study the influence of the gain coefficient on the system stability;At the same time,the PID parameters are used for tuning.The results show that the response time of the system is reduced,the frequency of hydraulic shock is reduced,and the performance of the system is improved.The original method and the experimental platform developed in this paper have been applied in Benxi Iron and Steel Plant,and will play a leading role in the future roll remanufacturing field.
