Research On Strategic Transformation Of HZ Energy Trading Company

Forty years of reform and opening up,China's economy has maintained rapid growth,but also consumed a lot of energy.In China,coal accounts for the largest proportion of energy consumption.This makes our country coal trade enterprise's profit,once made other profession envy.But in recent years,because our country begins to carry out more and more strict environmental protection policy,the profit of our country coal trade enterprise drops sharply,even begin to lose.This paper chooses HZ energy trading company,whose main business is coal trading,as the research object,analyzes the strategy adopted by the company and major issues arose from the current strategy.In order to develop continuously,HZ company must carry on the strategic transformation.This paper analyzes the strategic transformation of HZ company by PEST analysis and SWOT analysis,the political environment,economic environment,social environment and technical environment of the company are analyzed;also analyzed are the company's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,and the QSPM model is established,it is concluded that HZ company should transform from the current unified strategy to the diversified strategy by quantitative method.Combined with the principles and objectives of HZ corporate strategic transformation,put forward the implementation plan of HZ company's strategic transformation,in addition to retaining the original coal trading business,increase the production of industrial environmental protection products,developing big data security business,developing new Internet retail business.In order to improve the probability of successful strategic transformation of HZ company,this paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the company's strategic transformation: organizational structure guarantee;human resource security;management ability guarantee;corporate culture guarantee.
