China's offshore exploration wells mainly use Jack-Up drilling platforms for operation.The exploratory well conductor are important equipment for connecting the seabed to the drilling platform.Because of its lateral non-righting device,and the length of the free section above the mud line is more than one hundred meters,when it encounters the bad of sea conditions,the wellhead may be unstable and cause serious operational accidents.At present,the conductor only analyzes the mechanics of the conductor from a theoretical point of view,and it is difficult to accurately predict the actual force of the conductor under the field working conditions,especially in the case of the dam under extreme conditions.There are no qualitative or quantitative studies,only staying in the numerical simulation and laboratory experiments.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out on-site mechanical monitoring experiments to study the mechanical properties of the conductor under real working conditions,and provide technical support and practical basis for offshore exploration operations.Based on the theory of longitudinal and transverse bending beams,the deflection curve equation of the conductor above the seabed and the overall mechanical model of the conductor are combined with the boundary conditions of the conductor for the interaction of the conductor,the wellhead load and the jack-up rig.Solving the influence law of the conductor and the external load;considering the long test period of the exploration well,this paper investigates the marine environmental load of the target well,the constraints of the conductor,and the platform conditions,combined with theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.Research methods such as field experiments,the mechanical analysis of the conductor under different offset conditions of the jack-up drilling platform,the stability analysis of the conductor under various environmental conditions,and the conductor under the tension of different tensioners research work such as mechanical influence.Taking the exploration well development of the NB block in the East China Sea as an example,the experimental study on the stress monitoring of the on-site conductor is carried out.Firstly,the design monitoring plan is combined with the actual situation of the platform conductor.Subsequently,the experimental data is elaborated based on the experimental monitoring experimental data.The analytical method by which the data collected by the limited strain sensor can be used to reconstruct the mechanical characteristics of the water conduit,including response frequency,column strain,and the like.The research results of this paper have been applied to a certain exploration well in the East China Sea,providing theoretical guidance for the engineering design and construction of the project.
