Research On Parameters Design Of Squeeze Casting Of Bucket Teeth

Bucket tooth is one of the parts of excavator with the highest use frequency,the most concentrated stress and the largest wear amount in direct contact with the material.It belongs to the easy-wear parts in the excavator.The working conditions of bucket teeth are bad,and mechanical properties such as high hardness,high wear resistance and toughness need to be guaranteed.The bucket teeth produced by traditional forming technology can no longer meet the increasing requirements of mechanical properties and economic benefits.This paper proposes the application of squeeze casting technology to shape and manufacture bucket teeth,and studies the design of bucket teeth squeeze casting technology from the aspects of bucket teeth squeeze casting technology scheme design,key process parameters design,squeeze casting die design and technical design of squeeze casting equipment.The design of the squeeze casting example of D11 bucket teeth was carried out,the numerical simulation verification experiment was completed,and the reasonable and reliable design formula of the bucket tooth forging process was obtained.First of all,the process plan and key process parameters were designed,the classification and selection basis of the squeeze casting of the bucket tooth were determined.The design of the split surface and the forming position of the squeeze casting tooth process plan were completed,and then determine the bucket tooth blank size design formula and other tooth Research on the design of liquid forging process.In the design of process parameters,the design formulas of holding pressure time and casting height of direct liquid forging of bucket teeth are studied according to different methods of squeeze casting.For the indirect squeeze casting of bucket teeth,the design formulas of squeeze casting force and squeeze casting speed are derived.In the design of bucket teeth squeeze casting die,the design formula of cavity wall thickness and core size of bucket teeth squeeze casting die was derived,and the design formula of mold temperature regulation system and the design formula of key parameters such as the length of resistance wire and wall thickness of bucket teeth squeeze casting die was deduced.In the technical design of bucket tooth squeeze casting equipment,the functional requirements design of the bucket tooth special liquid forging machine and the design elements of the body structure of the bucket tooth squeeze casting machine were completed,and then derive the key technical parameters of the squeeze casting tooth machine such as squeeze casting Design formulas for force,core pulling force,etc.In addition to completing the design of the special squeeze casting machine,the design and research of the auxiliary equipment for squeeze casting were also carried out,and the design formulas of the key parameters of the auxiliary equipment,such as the size of the casting ladle and the thickness of the drawing plate,were derived.Finally,according to the above research content,the example design and simulation verification experiment of D11 bucket teeth were carried out,and the corresponding design of D11 bucket teeth squeeze casting scheme,squeeze casting process parameters,squeeze casting die,squeeze casting equipment,etc.was completed,and a complete set of liquid forging technical scheme was obtained.Through computer simulation analysis and verification of the design formulas of bucket teeth squeeze casting parameters,it is shown that the design formulas of squeeze casting force,pressure holding time,squeeze casting speed and die cavity wall thickness are reasonable and can be well applied to the design and production of bucket teeth squeeze casting.
