Landing gear is a key component in the aviation field.30 Cr Mn Si Ni2 A steel is often used as a structural material for aircraft landing gear due to its high strength,good plasticity and toughness,excellent fatigue resistance and low fatigue crack expansion rate.During service,these components are subjected to the compound ingress of bending,twisting,stretching and other loads,and these loads also have the characteristics of impact,time change and so on.Therefore,these components carrying complex loads have the characteristics of complex manufacturing process,long cycle,strict quality requirements,high added value,and it is very easy to fail during the service due to wear,fatigue,deformation,corrosion and other factors.Failure parts if the direct scrapping will cause the loss of resources and environmental pollution.If we can remanufacture these scrap-lost parts,we can maximize the development and utilization of the value of waste parts,which is helpful to alleviate the increasingly acute shortage of resources and waste of resources in today’s society.Considering that landing gear parts are prone to corrosion failure and wear failure during service,this paper USES laser cladding technology to repair the dimension and enhance the surface performance.First of all,different powders were selected on the surface of 30 Cr Mn Si Ni2 A steel for the landing gear parts of a certain type of aircraft to carry out the cladding test.The hardness of the cross-section of the cladding layer and the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the surface were tested,and the coating powder with excellent performance was selected.The alloy powder is further optimized according to the performance requirements of landing gear components.By adding method of WC hard phase,increase coating performance,using optical microscope scanning electron microscopy(sem)and energy spectrum analysis of the organizational structure of the coating,the mechanical properties of the coating,electric corrosion resistance experiment,study the technological parameters and the WC content on the macro morphology,microstructure and properties of coating,the influence of the final by orthogonal test,obtained the optimal process parameters,realized the 30 crmnsini2 a repair again on the surface of the landing gear manufacturing. |
