Remanufacturing technology is a material forming technology based on product's whole life cycle of design and management,wasted mechanical parts was chosen to main repairing objects to restore the wasted parts' original size,and recovery and even enhance its service performance.Laser cladding is an advanced manufacturing method,laser high-energy laser beam on the substrate,melts it into a small pool and the powder was heating to melting temperature in laser,after the powder go into the melted pool,it is cooling rapidly,the powder and subtract have a metallurgical bonding.This process has the advantages of high bonding strength,low material consumption,small heat affected zone,low coating dilution rate,small deformation,fast cooling speed,compact structure,and gradient material production.In this paper,the basic technology of laser cladding remanufacturing technology was studied based on the Ni based alloy powder and Q235 steel as subtract.Laser cladding is a process of point to line and surface accumulation,and the combination of process parameters is very important.Process parameters by single factor experiment of laser power,powder feeding rate and scanning speed was researched to obtain the mechanism of single factor parameters on the geometric morphology;multi factor single track laser cladding forming experiment was also carried to study the influences of multi parameters in geometric morphology,the optimized process parameters with test and hardness the microstructure of different regional properties of laser cladding.In the laser cladding surface repair technology,surface cladding is the foundation,surface is composed of wires.Wires between different track's overlap distances will directly affect the repairing accuracy.Lapping processes mainly have three situations which are excessive lapping,insufficient lapping and fine lapping.Mathematical model was settled to adjacent two closing cladding track,overlapping distance is calculated to obtain high surface flatness,excellent formability of multipacks lap cladding layer was also obtained.Laser cladding is a complicated multi field coupling process,and the gas powder two-phase flow field is an important part of the laser cladding process.The stability and uniformity of the gas powder flow field will directly affect the quality of the cladding.The powder feeding rate and the flow rate for the numerical simulation was studied on the effect of powder aggregation,the properties and rheological properties of the powder on mechanical in the air force mechanism was researched,the main parameters affecting the laser cladding gas powder two-phase flow field was obtained,provides a theoretical basis for improving the efficiency of laser cladding.
