Company owns two 5500 m3 oversized blast furnaces,which have extremely strict requirements on the quality of coke,and the coke M40 is required to maintain above 85%.In response to this requirement for blast furnaces,the consumption of coking coal for highquality coal is extremely high.Therefore,in order to ensure that the indicators of coke meet the needs of blast furnace production,and decrease the consumption of high-quality coal as much as possible,it is proposed to mix coking coal with leaning agent coking dust.The main research contents and results of this article are as follows:Semi-coke powder and coke powder and other carbon-containing inerts are include in the thinner which is used for blending and coking.Reducing the volatile of compound coal,the gas production,porosity,coke cracks and increasing the coke’s bulk and crushing strength when the suitable thinner is adding to the furnace coal.According to the experimental data of 300 kg small coke oven,when the proportion of dust ash is equal to 0.5%,the proportion of block which is more than 60 mm in size is 32.1%;When the proportion of dust ash is equal to 1.0%,the proportion of block which is more than60 mm in size is 33.2%;When the proportion of dust ash is equal to 1.5%,the proportion of block which is more than 60 mm in size is 35.1%.M40 of the coke is improved by about 4%.When the proportion of dust ash is 0.5%,the coal quality of the compound coal is the best;When the mixing ratio of dust removal ash is 1.0% and 1.5%,there is basically no obvious difference in the coal quality of the blended coal,but the coal quality will be deteriorated to a certain extent.The data proves that when the proportion of coal blended with dust ash is 1.5%,the block size and M40 are greatly improved.The results show that the proportion of biochemical sludge is controlled between 20%and 25%,and the effect is the best.The daily output of Xishan Coking is about 150t(dry base coal),and all of them can be allocated according to the proportion.According to the calculation of lean benefit,the recycling of dust ash into coking coal can reduce the cost of coal blending by 500 yuan per ton,and the direct lean benefit generated every day is 75,000 yuan.Therefore,coking dust removal ash not only improves the quality of coke,but also produces good lean benefits and meets the requirements of environmental protection.
