Hot work mold steel and plastic mold steel are widely used in the mold industry,so it is of great significance to study the milling performance of new mold steel tools.With the improvement of fuzzy mathematics theory and its extensive application in the field of machinery,the comprehensive evaluation of the multi-factor milling performance of new die steels can be well analyzed and studied through fuzzy mathematics theory.Using fuzzy theory evaluation model to discuss and study the evaluation method of milling performance of new hot work die steel,so as to improve the accuracy,reliability and precision of the milling process performance evaluation method.In this paper,firstly,the change of milling parameters of the new die steel is controlled by the method of single factor control variables,and the changing trends of milling force,milling depth and feed per tooth,which affect the milling force,surface quality and residual stress,respectively,are analyzed.It provides a theoretical basis for the new multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method of milling performance of die steel,and further analysis using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Then use multi-factor fuzzy comprehensive evaluation theory method to analyze the milling performance evaluation of the new die steel.Due to the multi-factor fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,it is a kind of fuzzy integration processing of the fuzzy factor concepts that affect the milling processing performance of the new die steel,and the digital calculation and analysis of these influencing factor concepts.When dealing with influencing factors for fuzzy set processing,it is also necessary to analyze the membership of the factor set.And standardize the difference between the magnitude and dimension of each factor to make it satisfy the accuracy of mathematical analysis.Then,when fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is carried out using fuzzy mathematics,it is necessary to analyze the weight value assigned by each factor in the set of factors considered.By analyzing the calculation and theory of constant weight and variable weight,the weight distribution of each factor is given to the factor set in the multi-factor fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of the new mold steel milling performance,and the strengths of the constant weight and variable weight for each With shortcomings.The establishment of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation can be obtained by exploring these main factors.Then using the strategy of fuzzy theory,it isanalyzed that the new die steel has better milling performance.Finally,through the analysis of the milling performance of the new die steel,the optimal milling parameters are optimized by the method of fuzzy prediction priority analysis.When appropriate milling parameters are obtained,in order to obtain higher requirements for product quality and different needs in the process of milling of new mold steels in the process industry.The fuzzy prediction method and fuzzy optimization theory are used to analyze and study the optimal milling parameters.Finally,through experimental verification of theoretical methods,through theoretical analysis and experimental data verification,it is further concluded that the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation of the new mold steel milling processing performance is better,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation has accuracy,rationality and reliability.By determining the accuracy of the new mold steel milling processing performance evaluation,to provide accurate evaluation of the processed products,to achieve the purpose of reducing production costs and improving productivity.
