The construction elevator is an indispensable and important tool in the construction process of modern buildings.It plays an important role in construction engineering.The safety guarantee component of the construction elevator is anti-fall safety device.Its performance and effect are important guarantees for the safe operation of the construction elevator.At present,the detection of the performance parameters of the anti-fall safety device generally measures the displacement of the indicator pin directly by a vernier caliper,so as to infer whether the braking distance of the anti-fall safety device meets the requirements,but the method is very cumbersome in the actual measurement process and the measurement accuracy is limited,it can not be detected online in real time.Therefore,in order to improve the detection accuracy and efficiency of the fall protection safety device and realize the intelligent detection of the performance of the fall protection safety device,it is necessary to design a detection system of the fall protection safety device with a real-time online indication function.Based on the internal mechanical structure and working principle of SAJ30 / 40 gear progressive anti falling safety device,an on-line monitoring system of the Internet of things for the anti falling safety device is designed in this article.The system includes the detection terminal of the anti falling safety device based on the Internet of things and the data management platform of the anti falling safety device based on Java Web.The detection terminal uses the incremental encoder as the sensing component,uses the main control chip to collect and process the rotation angle of the cone hub during the braking process of the anti falling safety device,and calculates the action speed and braking distance of the anti falling safety device.This design improves the acquisition method of manual measurement of the performance parameters of the anti falling safety device,realizes the electronic collection of the performance parameters;the detection terminal is equipped with 4G communication module,which realizes the remote transfer of data to the server data management platform through the Internet of things,and realizes the online detection of the performance parameters of the anti falling safety device;at the same time,the data management platform can save the data into the database in a unified way By logging in to the data management platform,the administrator can obtain the detection data in real time and conveniently,and realize the real-time monitoring and intelligent management of the performance parameters of the anti falling safety device.The detection terminal and data management platform of anti falling safety device are verified by experiments in this article.The experimental results show that the designed terminal is better than the parameter requirements of the national standard GB/T 34025-2017 "Gear Progressive Anti-falling Safety Device for Construction Lift".The angle resolution of the detection terminal is 0.09°,which has a high detection accuracy;the communication test results show that packet loss rate of data is lower than 1% and delay of data transmission is less than 15 ms,which fully meets the real-time online detection requirements of the performance parameters of anti-fall safety devices;The data management platform of the anti-fall safety device was tested,and the results showed that the modified platform can operate stably under different operating environments.
