Due to the influence of factors such as the dip Angle of coal seam and the structural stability of surrounding rock,the irregular filling of caved gangue during working face mining leads to the regularity of the mining pressure in the mining process of steeply inclined coal seam,and the distribution of surrounding rock stress and the mining method of working face are quite different from the horizontal or gently inclined coal seam.This paper takes shenyang group co LTD Lin Sheng mining steep coal seam of 1201 working face as the research object,using field data collection,and the theoretical calculation and numerical analysis method of combining the characteristics of 1201 working face of surrounding rock,appeared mine pressure regularity and the flexible shield support the supporting design of the research and analysis of the system,andthe main content is as follows:(1)The thin plate theory was used to calculate the maximum deflection and action position of the "parallelogram" roof of the steeply inclined coal seam with or without support.Through theoretical calculation,the support pressure distribution law and plastic zone range of the 1201pseudo-inclined working face along the direction and trend are studied respectively.(2)Through the numerical simulation,the vertical stress distribution law of the steeply inclined coal seam pseudo-inclined coal face during the propulsion process is studied.(3)By analyzing the data obtained from the mine pressure monitoring of the 1201pseudo-inclined face in the steeply inclined coal seam,the characteristics of the appearance of the rock pressure in the pseudo-inclined face of the steeply inclined coal seam are studied.(4)Using numerical simulation method,3DEC software was used to establish the numerical simulation model of flexible shielding support in pseudo-inclined working face,analyze the mechanism of flexible shielding support,the deformation rule and stress distribution characteristics of flexible shielding support,and optimize the flexible shielding support.The paper has 43 figures,5 tables and66 references.
