This paper analyzes and studies the Dazhuyuan bauxite mine in Guizhou Province as the engineering background,analyzes the support scheme of the excavation roadway in the ore body ZK2901-ZK2904 of the exploration line of the mining area 29,and folds the rock mechanics parameters from the geological report.As the basic physical and mechanical parameters of the rock mass,the FLAC3 D numerical simulation software is used to analyze and study the four schemes of unsupported,shotcrete,anchoring and anchoring.The main analysis and research are as follows:(1)The roadway support theory is reviewed in domestic and foreign literatures to understand its development status.The analysis and summary provide a theoretical basis and analytical research methods.(2)According to the petrophysical parameters of the Dazhuyuan bauxite geological data,the parameters are reduced,and the rock mass mechanical parameters are obtained by the RMR rock mass quality score and the Hoke-Brown and Mohr-Coulomb yield criterion.Numerical simulation provides data support.(3)Through the roadway failure deformation mechanism and support theory and geological data analysis,the support scheme of Dazhuyuan bauxite mine is proposed,which are unsupported,shotcrete,bolt support and anchor spray support,and support The thickness and anchor parameters of the shotcrete selected in the scheme were calculated and analyzed.(4)Numerical simulation analysis of different schemes is carried out by numerical simulation software FLAC3 D.The plastic zone,roadway deformation displacement and principal stress of the simulation results are compared and analyzed,and the support effect of the roadway under different schemes is obtained.The results show that the anchor spray pair The control of the plastic zone and displacement is the best,but the roadway bottom drum should be focused on the simulation results.
