The oil well monitoring and early warning system is an indispensable link in the oilfield automation management system,and it plays a key role in the safe operation of the oilfield.For oilfields,on the one hand,the pumping unit is prone to problems such as power failure and shutdown,excessively slow and fast oil production;on the other hand,it is prone to oil theft and oil spills.Therefore,the monitoring of the operation status of the pumping unit and the external moving target has become the key link of the monitoring object.Oil well sites have the characteristics of large number,wide distribution,and long distance,which makes the monitoring and management of oil wells very difficult.The early oilfield oil well monitoring mainly relied on manpower,which was time-consuming and laborious.Later,it gradually developed into a centralized monitoring system,but it was not smart enough.In recent years,with the development of microprocessors,operating systems,network communications,image processing and other fields,the oil well monitoring and early warning system tends to be digitized,networked,and intelligent.In order to realize the intelligent monitoring of oil wells,this paper discusses the development status of domestic and foreign oil well monitoring and early warning systems and related technologies,and analyzes the advantages of embedded systems,wireless bridges,and dynamic target detection and tracking in monitoring systems.,On the basis of wireless network bridge and monitoring computer,combined with Linux network development and dynamic target detection and tracking processing,a set of oil well monitoring and early warning system based on dynamic target recognition in image processing is proposed.The specific research content is as follows:First of all,this paper studies the network transmission requirements of the oil well monitoring and early warning system,and concludes that the system needs to meet the five basic requirements of long-distance,multi-site,and flexible networking.It explains in detail from the perspectives of the technical advantages and working modes of wireless bridges.The feasibility of wireless network bridge long-distance networking,through the analysis of the wireless network topology,the selection of routing protocols,and the selection of bridges and switches,the network topology networking plan of the oil well monitoring and early warning system is finally determined.Then,in response to the needs of the oil well monitoring and early warning system,in order to achieve the detection and tracking of the dynamic target on the oil well,this paper compares the principles of the traditional and common optical flow method,the frame difference method and the background difference method of three dynamic target detection algorithms.The advantages and disadvantages of the analysis lead to the Surendra detection algorithm that integrates the advantages of the inter-frame difference method and the background difference method.On this basis,a more complete Surendra detection algorithm is proposed.At the same time,the KCF tracking algorithm,Meanshift tracking algorithm and particle filter are discussed.Tracking algorithm and other three dynamic target tracking algorithms have their own advantages and disadvantages,and based on the advantages of Meanshift and particle filter algorithms,a more complete dynamic target tracking algorithm is proposed.Besides,for the software and hardware design of the oil well monitoring and early warning system,this paper chooses the embedded core development board based on the ARM Cotex-A8 architecture,builds a complete embedded application development platform and environment,and proposes the overall design of the oil well monitoring and early warning system software Through the comparative analysis of TCP and UDP network transmission models,a connection-oriented Client-Server model based on socket and TCP is designed.At the same time,the server side is designed in detail in combination with the functional requirements of the actual scene and the connection-oriented Client-Server model.Program and Client-side program.Eventually,this article carried out the configuration and test of the wireless network bridge,tested the server-client data transmission,completed the communication test of the oil well monitoring and early warning system,and built a complete oil well monitoring and early warning system test platform,running the server and client programs After that,the performance verification of the system was completed.The results of the experiment have reached the expected goal and have a wide range of practical application significance.
