With the rapid development of computer technology and network information technology,the "Internet +" technology has been widely and deeply integrated with the social economy.The era of intelligent economy characterized by big data analysis and intelligent management has arrived,and the concepts of intelligent earth,smart city and intelligent enterprise have also developed rapidly.The so-called intelligent enterprises refer to enterprises that can achieve intelligent operation,flexible system,personalized management,continuous innovation,unbounded organization and development vision.Under the background of smart economy,sales-oriented enterprises can combine the most advanced technology means,such as mobile internet,Internet of things,big data and cloud computing,third-party mobile payment means,with the help of the current mainstream mobile social network platform,implement the new marketing means of online and offline integration,so as to achieve the upgrade of the format.In order to better adapt to the development of smart economy,traditional gas stations should strengthen their smart management,build a gas service system with the nature of smart enterprises,and construct the core competitiveness of enterprises characterized by "smart" operation.This paper summarizes and combs the relevant theories of the intelligent competitiveness of gas stations.According to the characteristics and contents of the intelligent operation of gas stations,and combining with the traditional evaluation system of the competitiveness of gas stations,it establishes the intelligent competitiveness of gas stations,including five secondary indicators,intelligent profitability,intelligent service,employees' intelligent management quality,customer satisfaction and sixteen tertiary indicators.In the evaluation index system,the weight of evaluation index is set up by analytic hierarchy process combined with expert scoring.Then,a typical mutual intelligent operation station of a super-large oil company,H gas station,is selected as the analysis object,and the intelligent competitiveness evaluation model of the gas station established in this paper is applied to evaluate the intelligent competitiveness of H gas station by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Its competitive power in the "Internet +" environment is quantitatively evaluated.The evaluation results show that the station has done a good job in intelligent sales and intelligent service,while the weighted customer satisfaction and employees' intelligent management quality index score is very low,which affects the intelligent competitiveness of gas stations,and the overall level of intelligent competitiveness is in the middle and lower.As a typical intelligent gas station of Petro China,H gas station is selected as an analysis case.The intelligent competitiveness of H gas station is evaluated by analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The evaluation results show that H gas station has done better in intelligent sales and intelligent service,while the higher weight of customer satisfaction and the lower score of employees' intelligent management quality affect the intelligence of gas station.Sexual competitiveness,the overall level of intellectual competitiveness is below the medium level.This study has a certain guiding role for the intelligent transformation of gas stations and the enhancement of competitiveness.At the same time,it has a certain reference significance for the transformation and upgrading of other gas stations in the industry.This study has certain reference significance for the transformation of intelligent operation of domestic gas stations and the enhancement of future core competitiveness.
