| The situation of China’s coal market is grim both from the perspective of macro environment and industrial environment,and the operation of coal enterprises is under great pressure.This kind of environment promotes the transformation of coal enterprises,but also brings them a lot of risks.How to deal with risks is the key for enterprises to successfully complete the strategic transformation.Based on this background,relevant theories and research results in recent years,this paper analyzes the diversified transformation status of S Energy Group in coal,logistics and finance to carries out risk identification and assessment,and final y proposes countermeasures to achieve the goal of risk management and control and help the company to complete the transformation.Firstly,the risk factor of S Energy Group’s strategic transformation were identified from three aspects,namely the macro environment,the industrial environment and the internal environment of the enterprise,and the risk assessment index system was designed based on the these factors.In the subsequent risk assessment,AHP was used to establish the hierarchical structure model based on the risk assessment indicators,and the weight data of the model were collected through questionnaires.After the risk assessment,it is found that the risks of competitors,downstream industry monopoly and industrial concentration have the greatest impact on the strategic transformation of S Energy Group.The company can deal with these risks from the perspectives of shaping core competitiveness,optimizing customer structure and strengthening coal business.Through the research on the strategic transformation risk of S Energy Group,on the one hand,it puts forward substantive opinions on the company’s transformation;on the other hand,it enriches the research and practice on the enterprise’s strategic transformation risk management. |
