In the oil field exploration and development, reciprocating pump is indispensable for the fluid circulation device, commonly used in the transport of high viscosity under high pressure, large density and high-corrosive liquids. There is a large size, heavy weight, pressure and flow pulsation problems in the conventional crank-type reciprocating pump. This article presents a new reciprocating pump driven by a high-frequency hydraulic reciprocating motion mechanism. Compared to the mechanical reciprocating pumps, hydraulic drive reciprocating pump small, no large force components and can provide a smoother output characteristic of flow, and can raise the output power of single power not to increase the volume, and can easily meet the needs of the drilling industry. In this paper, theoretical analysis, simulation analysis and experimental testing on the pressure of 50bar, the flow discharge of 30L/min are done.(1) Through the research on the work of the high-frequency hydraulic oscillation mechanism, the overall program of hydraulic driven reciprocating pump is described and the initial design of the hydraulic drive system is carried out.(2) It takes the single-acting hydraulic driven reciprocating pump as research object. Its theoretical modeling and simulation on the formation mechanism of the hydraulic impact are done. The paper proposes pilot solenoid proportional valve body as flow device of a high-frequency hydraulic oscillation mechanism to reduce the hydraulic impact on the performance of the pump. The frequency of the hydraulic reciprocating pump is controlled by the pressure the pilot valve.(3) It establishes the physical model of hydraulic driven reciprocating pump valve; to obtain mathematical simulation model of using the fluid mechanics to do dynamic analysis and flow continuity analysis of reciprocating pump valve; to grasp the movement of valve and Pressure variation of the cylinder by Matlab/Simulink simulation.(4) It builds open test platform to test the performance parameters of hydraulic drive reciprocating pump, and verify the correctness of system models. The results showed that:the design of the hydraulic drive system in this paper can well absorb the impact of hydraulic pipeline, provide a relatively smooth output characteristic of flow and verify the correctness of theoretical research.
