As an economical and efficient steel,H-section steel has the advantages of strong bending resistance and simple construction,which is widely used in construction,machinery and other industries.However,due to processing problems,there will be large residual stress in H-section steel after processing.In the process of sawing,,the release of residual stress will cause the curve deformation of the sawing surface,resulting in the phenomenon of saw band sticking,which is detrimental to the sawing process and reduces the sawing efficiency seriously.In order to solve the problem of saw band sticking in the H-section steel sawing process and design a highly reliable and stable band sawing machine for H-section steel,this thesis is based on the summarized of model specification parameters of H-section steel and the distribution of the internal residual stress,using the orthogonal experimental method to simulate and optimize the process of sawing for common and typical H-section steel,and according to the optimization results,the special band sawing machine for H-section steel is designed and optimized.The main work includes the following aspects.1.Based on the research status of the residual stress distribution in H-section steel at home and abroad,the analysis and research of residual stress in H-section steel are carried out,and the distribution law of the residual stress formed in the process of rolling or welding of H-section steel is discussed,and equally the distribution of the residual stress in H-section steel is corrected according to the self limitation of the stress.2.Based on the distribution of residual stress in H-section steel,the finite element simulation analysis in the sawing process of common and typical H-section steel is carried out by using the orthogonal experimental method,and the influence factors in sawing process are discussed.The displacement law of sawing surface during the sawing process of H-section steel is analyzed and the criterion of saw band sticking in the H-section steel sawing process is established and then the better sawing parameters are obtained.3.Aiming at large and typical specification H-section steel,the model of special band sawing machine for H-section steel is designed according to the function requirements and performance requirements,and an adaptive variable angle sawing technology is proposed and the detailed parameter of the adaptive angle sawing frame is designed.In addition,based on the finite element method,the statics analysis and modal analysis of the designed model ofband sawing machine are carried out and the optimization direction of band sawing machine is proposed.4.Aiming at the lightweight of the machine,the optimization experimental route of the special band sawing machine for H-section steel is designed.Combined with the static analysis and modal analysis,the influence of design variables on the optimization objective is studied.On the basis of satisfying the functional requirements and design accuracy,the optimized special band sawing machine for H-section steel is obtained.Through the research and development of special band sawing machine for H-section steel,the phenomenon of saw band sticking in the process is greatly reduced and the sawing efficiency of H-section steel is improved,and the theoretical basis and technical support are provided for improving the overall quality of the large special band sawing machine for large H-section steel.
