A Research On The Efficiency Improvement Of Band Sawing Based On The Control Of Motor Torque

With the development of machinery manufacturing industry,more and more requirements are put forward for the quality and efficiency of mechanical products,thus promoting the rapid development of metal band sawing machine.When the cutting material changes,the sawing force will change a lot,but the feed rate does not change,this reduce production efficiency.This paper is based on the analysis of sawing speed and sawing force of metal band sawing machine,analyzes the sawing process of metal band sawing machine,and put forward a kind of open-loop control and closed-loop control combined control thought.The speed control of the main motor adopts speed sensorless vector control,to achieve the purpose of constant cutting speed.Cutting force control adopts PID closed loop control,to achieve the purpose of constant sawing force.The actual cutting force is not convenient to measure,in order not to change the actual structure of the metal band sawing machine,according to the actual torque of motor,obtaining the actual cutting force indirectly.Establish mathematical modeling of constant cutting force control system and utlize MATLAB/Simulink emulated tool platform to make a emulation study of it,to confirm the feasibility of the project.Based on the control theory of metal band sawing machine and the investigation of the actual sawing,to design the high efficiency metal band sawing machine.Firstly,to design the hydraulic control system and the hardware structure of the metal band sawing machine,including the hydraulic system structure,solenoid valve action,hardware selection and peripheral circuit design and so on.Then based on the S7-1200 PLC,design the software of the upper system and lower system of the metal band sawing machine.Instead of the traditional control panel,it`s more easier to operate and monitor the metal band sawing machine sawing by the HMI.
