As a starting point for metal cutting, sawing can save materials and reduce the secondary processing capacity and improve productivity, it has become part of an important process link. Band sawing machine is widely used in iron and steel, machinery, automobile, shipbuilding, petrochemical, mining and aerospace and other fields. Compared with similar foreign products, the existence of an internal band sawing machine sawing efficiency and accuracy of a significant gap. Taking a company CH360 Horizontal CNC band sawing machine as the research object, the purpose of improving efficiency and cutting band sawing machine cutting precision, research and analysis by finite element theory the band sawing machine, and a number of parts and the whole has been improved p roduct model design and optimization, obtained after optimization.The main work and achievements of this paper are as follows:(1) On the basis of the original C H360 Horizontal CNC band sawing throttle on the new design of the special throttle, throttle prototype won the special, got a new valve flow characteristic curve measured experimentally; designed with CH360 Horizontal CNC band Saw the main motor paired worm reducer; experimental research, to find the best CH360 with Saw guide block spacing.(2) Some of the C H360 Horizontal CNC band sawing machine modules and components were dynamic and static characteristics analysis showed that the original horizontal CNC band sawing CH360 dynamic performance is relatively poor, relatively easy to work with the main motor resonance frequency of occurrence, the need for its optimized design. It provides a theoretical basis for further optimization design.(3) General optimization mathematical model is constructed CH360 Horizontal CNC band sawing machine sawing module by analyzing constraints and objective function sawing module, the establishment of optimization model belongs C H360 Horizontal CNC band sawing machine sawing module, the use of response surface methodology of the saw frame has been optimized, and ultimately, to achieve the optimal design CH360 sawing module.(4) Using the finite element method to the original horizontal CNC band sawing CH360 support a dynamic analysis module, and its structure has been improved at the same time, to study the impact of the base to strengthen tendons kind and size of the amount of deformation of the main column base, combined with previous optimization design and cutting module, to achieve an improved design CH360 horizontal CNC band sawing machine and compare the improved CH360 horizontal CNC band sawing machine with the original C H360 horizontal CNC band sawing a natural frequency, the results show that optimization C H360 horizontal CNC band sawing machine after the design with respect to the original C H360 horizontal CNC band sawing, it has a relatively good dynamic performance.
