The construction industry of our country has always been a labor-intensive industry,and with the acceleration of the aging rate of the population and the gradual disappearance of the demographic dividend,the phenomenon of "employment shortage" and "employment shortage" in the construction industry have appeared and are still increasing.In addition,the construction industry has long been in accordance with the speed of spelling,the scale of this single extensive mode of production development,the production of migrant workers in a disorderly,scattered state outside the system for a long time,and the level of skills is low and other problems are prominent.The frequent momentum of construction accidents is a microcosm of the construction industry: the previous circular of the Security Commission of the State Council shows that the total number of construction accidents continues to be maintained.A higher position.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the construction safety risk in the construction industry.In this paper,the literature analysis method is used to sort out the relevant literature of construction safety risk management of construction engineering,and the questionnaire survey method and literature analysis method are used to identify the construction safety risk of Zhangjiakou emergency center project.On the basis of introducing the general situation of the project and the construction technical scheme,the construction safety risk is preliminarily identified by using the literature analysis method,and then the construction safety risk list is further identified by the questionnaire survey method.31 risk evaluation indexes including construction personnel safety risk,equipment safety risk,material safety risk,technical safety risk,management safety risk and environmental safety risk were identified.Using LEC method to treat Zhangjiakou The construction safety risk of municipal emergency center project is analyzed and evaluated.The occurrence probability of each risk factor of construction safety and the influence degree of each risk factor of safety are analyzed.Combined with the model,the construction safety risk of Zhangjiakou Emergency Center is evaluated and graded.It is determined that the safety risk of construction personnel is a general risk,the equipment risk is a high risk,the technical risk is a high risk,the management risk is a significant risk,and the environmental risk is a general risk.This paper puts forward the countermeasures of construction safety risk inZhangjiakou Emergency Center from the aspects of personnel risk,equipment risk,material risk and management safety risk.Develop sound risks Deal with plan strategy and construction safety risk emergency plan.Through the implementation of various construction safety risk management measures,the construction safety risk management of Zhangjiakou Emergency Center has achieved good results,there are no major safety accidents,and all the safety risk elements have been well controlled.The research in this paper is helpful to guide the construction safety risk management of Zhangjiakou emergency center project from the practical point of view,improve the level of safety risk management,and better ensure the safety of Zhangjiakou emergency center construction.There are 11 pictures,16 tables and 55 references.
