Abstract/Summary:
As a power supply station for urban motor vehicles,gas stations have gradually increased in number as the number of motor vehicles increases.In order to facilitate motor vehicle refueling and improve commercial competitiveness,gas stations are generally built in convenient locations in the city.However,gas stations are hazardous chemicals business units.The oils they operate in have flammable,explosive,and other dangerous characteristics.If they do not do a good job in safety management,once an accident occurs,it will bring huge losses to personal property and the surrounding environment.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the safety risk assessment of gas stations and improve the safety management level of gas stations.This study first elaborates the background,current situation,research content and methods of the paper’s research,and then introduces the basic theory of project security risk assessment.It mainly includes the connotation,content and classification of security risk assessment,and the basis of security risk assessment.Principles and methods provide the theoretical basis for the following research;then introduce the basic overview of the M gas station new construction project,reveal the safety conditions and safe production conditions of the project,and then the main hazards,major hazards and harmful factors in the operation process and major The hazard source is identified;then the safety risk assessment of the project is conducted.First,the evaluation unit of the M gas station is divided according to certain principles,and the site selection and general layout unit are evaluated using the safety checklist method(SCL).The device unit is evaluated by the Pre-hazard Analysis(PHA)method,and the main equipment unit is evaluated by the Dow Chemical Fire and Explosion Danger Index Evaluation(DOW)method,and the safety risk assessment results are summarized;finally,the assessment according to Chapter 4 is performed.Results from Safety Technology,Safety Management and Occupational Health Safety Management III In terms of security risks,the countermeasures were adopted to provide management basis for the smooth construction of gas station construction projects.
