Research On Green Transformation Of Steel Industry Under The Background Of Supply Side Reform

The steel industry is one of the basic industries of China's national economy.The steel industry is not only a technology,capital,resources,energy,and labor-intensive industry,but also one of the industries with the most serious overcapacity and the greatest impact.During the period of 2012~2015,the profitability of steel companies deteriorated year by year.In 2015,the whole industry was in a loss.In November 2015,the state officially proposed to promote the supply-side structural reform strategy.In November 2015,the state officially proposed to promote the supply-side structural reform strategy.In order to consolidate the work of de-capacity and continuously improve the supply-side environment of the steel industry.The national environmental protection department has intensively introduced environmental protection policies and canceled industry access for environmentally-friendly enterprises.The grim situation forces China's steel industry to seek a path,a more rational development path,in the new economic normal.The green transformation of the steel industry is the trend of the times.Based on the background of supply-side reform,this paper analyses the motivation,path and effect of green transformation of HZIS.This paper starts with the renewal of enterprise industry chain,enterprise R&D and the investment of energy-saving and environmental protection,and then analyses the path of green transformation of enterprises.Starting from the production and operation situation,market value performance and environmental protection situation of enterprises,this paper analyses the effect of green transformation of enterprises,and draws a conclusion.Since HZIS merged the environmental protection industry and carried out environmental protection business in 2016,various indicators of the enterprise show that both in profitability,development capacity and pollutant emissions have improved.Compared with before the green transformation,the gap between HZIS and the average level of leading enterprises and industries has narrowed.This shows that the green transformation of HZIS has obvious effects.
