| Since the beginning of reform and opening up in the last century,China’s manufacturing industry has achieved certain advantages internationally by virtue of low factor costs.In the 21 st century,as China’s labor costs and resource costs have increased year by year and the market demand has changed,the original model has been challenged.However,some companies have improved their competitiveness by transforming their business models.As a labor-intensive industry,the glass fiber industry faces the same difficulties as the manufacturing industry.It is particularly necessary to fully understand the measures taken by the glass fiber industry to change its business model and summarize the results.This paper analyzes the operation mode of China Boulder under the background of supply-side reform and evaluates its effect.The differentiated model of China Boulder promotes the market competitiveness of products through technological innovation.It also achieves savings in production processes through the advanced management model of the integration of the two technologies.Customer docking also reduces related costs.According to the effect evaluation of supply-side structural reform,the research shows that the goal of supply-side reform has been achieved through the change of business model.This paper concludes that China’s Jushi’s differentiated and target-aggregated business model system is complete and has good results,and it is worth replicating in whole or in part by other companies.The study has a demonstration significance for the transformation of enterprises in the same difficult situation in the industry,and provides assistance for the supply-side structural reform of China’s manufacturing industry. |
