In this paper,four kinds of Birodent[N^O]imine ligands L1-L4 and 10 kinds of late-transition metal complexes?nickel,copper and palladium?C1-C10 have been designed and synthesized.The structures of the compounds have been characterized by various testing methods;All complexes are used in catalytic polymerization of norbornene.The factors influencing the catalytic activity of metal compounds and the yield of polynorbornene are investigated,such as polymerization temperature,MAO dosage and reactor concentration.At last,the infrared spectra,X-ray powder diffraction spectra,thermogravimetric spectra and scanning electron microscopic spectra of polynorbornene are further analyzed.Details are as follows:1.four kinds of Birodent[N^O]imine ligands L1-L4 and 10 kinds of late-transition metal complexes?nickel,copper and palladium?C1-C10 have been designed and synthesized.The contents of C,H and N in the synthesized substances are determined by elemental analysis,the functional groups of the synthesized substances are determined by infrared spectroscopy,the molecular formulas of ligands are determined by mass spectrometry,and the molecular structures of ligands and complexes are determined by1H NMR and single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.2.With the assistance of MAO,all metal compounds are used for the catalytic polymerization of NB.Nickel complexes?C1,C4,C7,C9?are provided with highest catalytic activity,palladium complexes?C3,C6,C8?have relatively weak catalytic activity,and copper complexes?C2,C5,C10?have almost no catalytic activity.3.Taking the nickel complexes with the tallest catalytic activity?C1,C4,C7?as an example,It is found that when NB/Ni=20000,MAO/Ni=3000,T=30?are the optimum conditions for polymerization,the catalytic activity of complex C1 is 1.234×107g PNB·molNi-1·h-1,the catalytic activity of C4 is 1.262×107g PNB·molNi-1·h-1,and the catalytic activity of C7 is 1.221×107g PNB·mol Ni-1·h-1.4.IR,SEM,WAXD and TG of polynorbornene are investigated and analyzed with complex C4 as catalyst. |
