Research On Safety Production Management Of Wei Fang Z Street From Perspective Of Grid Management

Security production management,which is one important area in grass-roots public service,is directly relative with the safety of people’s lives and properties and is one important factor to ensure the steady development of the city.Prompting the grid management mode in the Security production management is one necessary requirement to strengthen the security production and management work,which is in favor of mitigating the prominent contradiction between the supervision task and supervision force of the security production,improving the comprehensive management capability of the whole-society security production and constructing an all-standing,joint-managing security production management work pattern.According to the paper,literature research method,case analysis method and comparative research method are mainly adopted to conduct the elaborate analysis on the security production grid management status of Z Street in Wei Fang.Through the combination of grid management theory,community governance theory and public goods theory and adoption of investigating methods like questionnaire,field visit and the like,analysis is conducted on the existing problems and the associated reasons on the security production grid management of the Z street,and corresponding suggestions and measures are given in the end.At present,mainly relaying on the intelligent terminal and grid management platform,great achievement on the security production grid management has been made in the Z Street of Wei Fang.This paper analyzes the existing problems and causes from the aspects of grid management operation system,grid management system,grid assessment mechanism,corporate subject consciousness,and grid staff team construction.In combination with the practical situation of Z street,applying relevant theories,this paper puts forward some suggestions,such as optimizing the grid management operation system,improving the grid management system,perfecting the performance evaluation system of grid management,enhancing the consciousness of corporate responsibility,and strengthening the professional development of grid teams,so as to advance the grid management level in safety production of Z street.In addition,through the study of this paper,it can also provide some reference for other regions to implement grid management mode in the field of safety production.
