With the rapid development of China's economy, the urban population is increasing and the urban scale is expanding;many cities are building new areas,at the same time, the old buildings are in the stage of orderly demolition, reconstruction, renovation, etc.;this leads to the rapid increase of the volume of construction waste in China, and the hidden worries brought to the urban management departments are increasingly prominent. However, due to the wide range of departments involved and the great difference in the level of informatization, there are a series of problems such as out of control of construction waste transportation management, lack of source supervision, low utilization of resources, etc.;it is urgent to strengthen the construction and application of supervision system to realize the supervision and control of the whole process of construction waste. In the process of system construction,in view of the wide range of data sources, various types, different formats and complex relationships in the field of construction waste, how to effectively store and manage these multi-source monitoring data and integrate them into WebGIS system to realize multi-source data visualization at the network end has become a difficult problem for application developers of supervision system.According to this, this paper first combs the main monitoring content and development technology of the existing construction waste supervision system;and combined with the national requirements for the construction waste supervision information,it reorganizes and classifies the multi-source monitoring data into four categories: urban basic data, urban monitoring data, scientific research monitoring data,Internet of things monitoring data,15 categories of data;on the basis of further analysis of the deep-seated relationship between data and fields in the field of construction waste,an ontology based construction waste data model is constructed to provide more support for the future big data fusion;next, according to the ontology model, the corresponding database structure is designed and solidified to realize the effective management of the construction waste multi-source monitoring data. Finally, the construction waste multisource monitoring data management system is designed and developed by using the WebGIS architecture and open source database to serve the fine management and resource utilization of construction waste. The main research work is as follows:(1)Introducing geographic data spatial ontology to organize multi-source monitoring data of construction waste and establish database. From the perspective of construction waste flow process, organize different types of construction waste field, different formats of text data, satellite remote sensing data, aerial photography data,Internet of things monitoring data, urban spectrum data based on geospatial ontology data sharing structure, using the open source database PostgreSQL and the map server GeoServer to solidify the database structure design, this is of great significance for GIS spatial analysis, multidimensional statistical analysis and visualization of multi-source monitoring data of construction waste.(2)Design and implementation of multi-source monitoring data management system for construction waste.First, from the technical selection, functional requirements, user composition and other aspects of the system to make a detailed demand analysis, clear the system service object and construction purpose;then, based on the user's actual application requirements, the overall architecture of the system is proposed;finally,on the basis of the first two works, the function design and implementation of the construction waste multi-source monitoring data management system are completed. The system comprehensively integrates relevant monitoring data, including five functional modules of data access, data display, data query, statistical analysis and system management;the application of the system will effectively improve t he precision management level of construction waste information in each pilot city, and improve the research efficiency of scientific researchers and construction waste supervisors.
