| In recent years,with the rapid development of China’s social economy and the continuous improvement of consumption levels,the amount of life generated has increased rapidly.As the main source of urban garbage,domestic garbage is closely related to the lives of urban residents.It is estimated that the total amount of waste treatment in Beijing will exceed 10 million tons in 2019.With the increase in the total amount of waste,the pressure of waste disposal is increasing year by year.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made clear requirements for strengthening the disposal of solid waste and domestic garbage.The Fourth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee in 2019 calls for the comprehensive implementation of waste classification and resource utilization system.The new version of "Beijing Municipal Waste Management Regulations" has been officially released on December 18,2019,and will be officially implemented on May 1,2020.The garbage classification policy is being implemented as a policy to control the total amount of domestic waste.Through policy and literature research,it is found that most of the developed countries are government-led domestic waste management,and most of the Chinese scholars are from a political perspective.As the main body of domestic waste classification,residents have great significance in participating in waste classification,and they play a very important role in promoting the implementation of waste classification.Through a questionnaire survey,the author found and summarized the problems and needs of residents’ participation in waste classification in Area A.Similar to the waste classification project of X organization,social work method is used to involve residents in waste classification and solve relevant problems.It is found that in the preliminary investigation,there are some problems in the waste classification work in Area A,such as insufficient publicity,low awareness of residents’ policies,low understanding of waste classification knowledge,and lack of waste classification habits.Residents need policy interpretation and knowledge about waste classification to motivate themselves to participate in garbage classification.Based on social work theory such as cognitive behavior theory,social workers use professional methods such as group work and community work to,promote residents to understand the role and the significance of garbage classification,in order to motivate them to develop garbage classification habits and participate in garbage sorting work.After the project is completed,the questionnaire survey method and semi-structured interview method are used to evaluate the effect of social workers’ intervention,summarize effective intervention methods,explore the advantages and experience of that,promote the development of social work services,and give impetus to the implementation and implementation of garbage classification... |
