With the continuous improvement of productivity,China’s rapid socio-economic development,people’s living standards have been significantly improved.Faced with such a grim situation,we should take correct handling of economic development and environmental protection into account.Coordination of the relationship between the two.In fact,as early as 1979,China promulgated the " The Environment Protect Law of the People’s Republic of China(for trial implementation)",the Chinese environmental protection aspects of the basic principles,policies,with legal form to determine,after 20 years of efforts,China’s environmental protection The legal system is improving.At present,the Fifth Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of China(CPC),the government,society,enterprises and citizens and other subjects are concerned about environmental issues,words of "Environmental Protection" has been known by people for a long time,in order to achieving economic and environmental win-win situation,we should let the government,business,public and social organizations to participate and Governance together.Affected by the urban-rural dual system,the rural economic development is slower than the city,however,the environmental problems can not be underestimated.TheY Village ofShanxi Han-cheng city,which is rich in coal resources,traffic developed,low labor,attracting a lot of coke enterprises to invest and set up factories.Enterprise presence has led to the development of the village,changed the village appearance,but because of the nature of coke enterprises,but also caused a serious environmental problems.The villagers of Y village are gradually aware of the business harm to the environment,but due to subjective and objective conditions,the villagers to participate in the degree of environmental protection is very low.Social work as a professional and assistive discipline,the purpose is to help the needs of the crowd to solving social problems.On the basis of summarizing the past experience,this paper analyzes the present situation and the disadvantages of Y village’s environmental protection,summarizing the causes of the low degree of environmental protection participation of villagers,introducing the social work perspective and using the ecological system theory of social work,social work methods,through the group activities in the villagers to improve the enthusiasm of the villagers for environmental issues,mobilizing the villagers to participate in environmental protection,through the villagers of the joint,integrated villagers,enterprises,government and social forces and resources to improve Y village villagers Living and living environment.The study found that after the intervention of the community work,the villagers began to join together,attaching importance to environmental protection,paying attention to environmental issues,and enterprises began to dialogue,requiring enterprises to publish environmental information in a timely manner to monitor the environmental behavior of enterprises to improve the degree of environmental participation andimprovesurroundings.
