With the rapid development of logistics and warehousing as well as the increasing tension of urban land use,it is extremely urgent to develop the warehousing system to smartness,automatization and concentration.Intensive warehousing system is a kind of warehousing mode,which mainly uses shuttle car as transportation,based on the former warehousing system of stacking crane.Compared with the traditional stacking crane warehousing system,its main advantages are high utilization rate of space,reduction of time waste,high overall efficiency,convenient maintenance,improved safety of operation and maintenance,and high system reliability,etc.Based on a cigarette factory's actual construction task of warehousing system of pipe tobacco during the local technical transformation,this paper abandons the original cabinet type of warehousing in consideration of the space limitation of the original workshop,the insufficient buffering effect of pipe tobacco,safety,and other factors and selects the more practical,effective and safe intensive warehousing system of pipe tobacco which uses shuttle car as transportation,succeeding in constructing the warehouse of pipe tobacco and completing the buffering and transportation of pipe tobacco in the producing process.Firstly,the background of the development of intensive warehousing system of pipe tobacco is introduced by reviewing the technical transformation of tobacco industry and the use of warehousing equipment of pipe tobacco in traditional cigarette factories.Then,the background of the development of the intensive warehousing system and the research status at home and abroad are systematically analyzed,and the research significance of the intensive warehousing system is proposed by comparing with the traditional stacking crane warehouse.Secondly,combined with the specific project of a cigarette factory,this paper introduces the storage part of intensive warehousing system of pipe tobacco,and completes the demand analysis according to the actual business process of the cigarette factory.The control system of the warehousing system is designed from three main aspects: shuttle car system,electric control system and Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)system.The network construction and functional area division of the bottom electric control system are carried out.In addition,this paper selected ISP programming software to realize the operation of vehicle,chose ORCAL database to store and manage data,and used C # language to complete the development of computer management system.After testing,the average storage going efficiency is 160 boxes per hour and the average outgoing efficiency is 92 boxes per hour.It has verified that the system has ability to transport pipe tobacco Finally,this paper summarizes the whole work and points out the direction of further research and improvement.In a word,this paper has done some work on the design and application of intensive warehousing management system of pipe tobacco.At the same time,there are some deficiencies which can be improved,such as the shuttle transport efficiency and the computer management system.This paper has some reference value for the design of the intensive storage system.
