And it's for the sake of strengthening prevention and cure of atmosphere pollution, reducing the damage to human's health and environment from atmosphere pollution. It makes environment management and scientific decision-making come true.So China Environment Monitoring Center decides to set up the supervise information center and first build demonstration subsystem " Atmosphere Quality Daily Forecast Of Key City ", in order to satisfy China Environment Monitoring Center to collect, deposit, dispose and transmit atmosphere quality daily forecast data of key city, at the same time, realize the atmosphere quality daily forecast information of key city sharing and issuing, provide nicety, betimes, integrity, dynamic information for decision-making leader and manager.The thesis discourses upon system configuration, function composition, workflow, brings forward perfectly technical project and the design of database of the system, and finally done systemic realization.
