The process of thermal well washing is generally divided into four steps,including pre-treatment of washing fluid;melting the paraffin with heat,removing the paraffin,and washing the well.During the whole process,the washing time and the flow of washing well fluid are main controlling parameters.In order to get the two parameters,we need to detect the situation of paraffin deposition,and rely on the actual temperature and related thermal well washing theory. For the beginning and ending of washing operations,which is mainly controlled by the value of return water temperature and the water temperature data.By researching the theory and building the model,we design the system of automatic thermal well washing,by which we can monitor the key factors.At last,we put what we have designed into producing in one oilfield.During the well washing process,we collect and analyze the core factors. At a moment the measured value of the return water temperature is74℃,the measured value of the water temperature is83℃,the pipe pressure is3.0MPa.At the same time,I set the system control parameters, after four hours later, I achieve the expected requirements.Then,wax can be discharged outside the well.After using intelligent control system,the heat loss has been greatly reduced.Thus,it is effective to avoid the intrusion phenomenon.Finally,a single well’s production has been greatly improved.Meanwhile,the system has strong stability, reliable collection data, which is promising to be used in much wider places.
