In order to solve the last kilometer problem of travel mode in modern society,shared bicycles have sprung up in major cities all over the country in recent years.Compared with other online travel service industries,shared bicycles have its unique advantages,but there are still some problems in the smart locks for shared bicycle: Firstly,if the smart locks cannot be charged,the endurance is poor.Secondly,if solar energy is used to charge the smart lock,a long wire is required to connect solar panels and smart locks,which causes great inconvenience to the installation and production process.At last,the traditional lock horseshoe structure is used to smart locks for shared bicycles.The smart lock is installed under the seat and a specific mounting bracket is required,which leads to cumbersome in production and assembly processes.In order to solve the problems above,relevant domestic and foreign literatures are reviewed.Combining the existing research and analysis of shared bicycle smart locks on the market,the purpose is to design a smart lock with compact structure,strong endurance,simple and convenient installation method,reliable use and switch lock fast.Firstly,the mechanical structure of the compact shared bicycle smart lock is innovatively designed and described in detail.Secondly,the overall case and pin shaft on the shared bicycle smart lock are analyzed and optimized using a combination of theoretical analysis and software simulation.At the same time,the spring and motor in the smart lock are calculated and selected.A reasonable smart lock mechanical structure system is designed.Finally,the corresponding hardware circuit control system based on CC2541 chip is designed and produced.In the hardware circuit design,central control module,the power regulator module,GPRS module circuit,GPS module circuit,lithium battery charge management module and motor control module are described in detail.After the above research,analysis and design,the compact shared bicycle smart lock prototype is processed,assembled and debugged successfully.Furthermore,the compact shared bicycle smart lock is tested on the vehicle.Through the whole mechanical structure action function experiment,hardware circuit debugging,antenna receiving signal test etc,the experimental results have achieved the expected functional requirements.The solution of smart lock for compact shared bicycle is reasonable and feasible,which lays a solid foundation for the future production of shared bicycles,promotes the development of the shared bicycle and related smart lock industry.
