A Study On Miyamotokenichi Thought Of Environmental Economics

Japan,as our neighbor with a strip of water,is a country with a narrow land area for material shortage.But its economic strength has long occupied the world's second-largest economy status,and behind its rapid economic growth at the expense of national environmental health and safety of exchange,essentially after left Japan national strategy is to develop the way of governance,in the struggle for nearly half a century of pollution environmental problems,Japan gradually realized by "public nuisance islands" to "public hazard management advanced countries" identity transformation.So the Japanese national environmental history course is learning is of important reference significance,this article hope under the theoretical framework of environment by miyamotokenichi the ideas of environmental economics theory as the breakthrough point,understanding theory analysis of the environment as a kind of cultural soft power,is produced under the background of how environmental hazards,and also environmental thought theory and how to react on environmental policy shift.Miyamotokenichi a representative figure of environmental economics in Japan,it`s thought and theory for the study in the history of the environment has an important guiding function,through the analysis of miyamotokenichi a environment thought and theory development course,the clarity of its environmental thought the impact of important value and the realistic environmental movement,the theory of environmental economics for development of Japanese environmental historiography played a make up for a lack of academic blank and important academic value.paper also from the perspective of historical materialism,through the comparative analysis of marxist environmental thought theory,from a lateral perspective to understand and analyze the correct rationality of miyamotokenichi environmental thought and theoretical shortcomings.The main body of this paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the significance of the topic,the research ideas and methods,the consciousness of core issues,the key points and difficulties of the article,and the researchstatus at home and abroad.The first chapter discusses the origin of miyamotokenichi environmental thought theory,and analyzes how the environmental pollution problem gave rise to the environmental pollution thought under the background of The Times at that time,and from which aspects other social scientists put forward their own corresponding theories for the environmental pollution problem.The second chapter introduces the origin and development of environmental pollution problems in Japan,and summarizes the results of environmental pollution management.The third chapter,as the focus of this paper,discusses the environmental thought theories proposed by,miyamotokenichi and discusses the important influence of these environmental thought theories on the social environmental protection movement in Japan.The fourth chapter,in view of the comparative analysis of marxist environmental thought,analysis and fellow scholars Shigeru Iwasa marxist theory,in view of environmental hazards on the similarities and differences in theory,analysis of the similarities and differences of the two theory,and thought that the reason of the difference,on the basis of an analysis of the lateral miyamotokenichi an environmental thought rationality and deficiencyAt the end of this paper,the theoretical value and practical function of miyamotokenichi environmental economics are stated and summarized.
