With the improvement of the national economy, the people's expectations for a better life have also changed, and tourism has become the first choice for the majority of people to relax. At present, mass tourism is on the rise, and it is becoming more and more popular. With the rapid increase in the number of tourists, the safety of tourists is also increasing.Scholars at home and abroad have also made suggestions on tourism safety and built a safety system. On August 31,2014,General Secretary Xi Jinping signed Chairman's Order No.13.Article 3 of the new "People's Republic of China Work Safety Law" clearly puts people-oriented thinking in work safety. The general rules establish the need to adhere to safe development and adhere to the red line consciousness. The "Tourism Law" promulgated and implemented in 2013 and revised in 2016 has a separate chapter on tourism safety. In other chapters,it also proposes measures to protect tourism safety for tourism practitioners. The National Tourism Administration and other related departments have promulgated a number of laws and regulations, such as the Tourism Law and Tourism Safety Management Measures, for the safety management of tourist attractions. They all put forward specific requirements for the safety management of tourist attractions. The first responsible person must strengthen the requirements for safety management in implementing the corporate responsibility.Looking at the documents of China Knowledge Network between 2010 and 2019,many scholars have used various factors(food,housing,travel,entertainment),multi-level(core,auxiliary),or built models or adopted quantitative and qualitative evaluation methods for various aspects of tourism A safety analysis was conducted, but no investigation and analysis on specific provisions of laws, regulations, and standards was found.Under this premise, starting from the tourist area that is most closely related to the tourist, the Hongdong Dahuai Tree Root-seeking Festival Ancestor Park area is used as the evaluation object, and the laws, regulations and standards related to the safety management of the tourist area are collected and identified. The specific provisions of laws, regulations, and standards are formulated, and the safety checklist method is used to evaluate the compliance of the safety management of the tourist attractions one by one, objectively present the current actual situation of the safety management of the tourist attractions, and find the defects of the safety management of the tourist attractions, and propose corresponding Countermeasures. After many in-depth investigations on the ancestral ancestral park of the large locust tree in Hongdong,it was found that the scenic area basically meets the requirements of safety management in terms of safety management, but in the formulation of safety management systems, safety management of special equipment, detection and management of lightning protection devices There are still many loopholes in this area, which is also the direction that the scenic area operators need to improve in the next step of safety management. On the basis of the above conclusions, the study believes that it is possible to conduct safety evaluation of safety management of a wider range of tourist attractions by adopting government purchases and third-party professional evaluation agencies' safety evaluation methods. The security inspections of tourism authorities and the self-assessment and self-assessment of tourism scenic spots can also be used to discover and improve the safety management issues of the scenic spots from the perspective of safety assessment, and comprehensively grasp the basic situation of the safety management of scenic spots. At present, the lack of safety assessment guidelines for scenic spots is a barrier to safety assessment in scenic spots. The next step is to form a complete evaluation system.
