Offshore drilling is a high-cost,high-risk and challenging project.According to the survey of the maritime accident statistics issued by DNV GL,64% of the accident happened in drilling platforms.Therefore,drilling is the key link of offshore oil and gas development and the riskiest stage.The drilling accident will not only cause a lot of waste of oil and gas resources,but also cause damage to the platform and many casualties,as well as the destruction of Marine ecological environment.Database is a warehouse that organizes,stores,and manages data according to data structures.In the information society,it is a prerequisite for scientific research and decision management to manage and utilize all kinds of information resources effectively.Based on the data collection and statistics of offshore drilling accidents at home and abroad,a database of offshore drilling risk assessment is preliminarily established,and the characteristics of drilling risks in different areas of China are summarized in combination with the marine environment and geological environment.It lays a certain data base for future risk assessment research,which is convenient to find the basic data of evaluation method demand and the data call of evaluation module.A marine drilling accident analysis platform established by Java Web enables visual analysis of data.By calling the data in the database and conducting statistical analysis,this paper compares the analysis results of different geographical locations and excavates the common characteristics of drilling accidents in different sea areas.There is a high probability that the pipe,drill collar,pipe fitting and power grid in the instrument and equipment can cause the accident delay time,and the selection of the hand tool and the operation error will pose a threat to the life security.Improper maintenance of equipment during construction and improper operation of drilling and drilling accidents are easy to occur.The fault of the rig worker in the platform is the most likely to cause the drilling accident to delay the working hours;In the platform area,the rig deck is mostly the high incidence area of the accident and it is easy to delay the working hours.Based on the theory of time series,using MATLAB to design GUI,different ARIMA models were established to predict the future accident rate according to the existing laws of each region.Although the overall frequency of accidents decreases with time,there are significant differences between regions.Falls off Africa is most obvious,the largest Marine accident probability range,the Middle East sea accident rate has maintained at a relatively low range,the surrounding seas accident rate is relatively high.Using Bayesian network analysis software GeNIe for injuries related accidents in Bayesian network modeling,and reverse inference to draw the largest contribution to the equipment accidents of injuries and handheld tools,mainly comes from the bop stack related accidents.
