The global water resources are becoming increasingly scarce.With the increasing pollution of water resources,the problem of wasting water is also becoming more and more prominent.All walks of life in various countries around the world are facing water problems,and China is no exception.In the field of industrial industry in China,especially in the petrochemical industry,the shortage of water resources has become one of the important factors that restrict the sustainable development of the petrochemical industry.Therefore,it is of great significance to construct the water saving control system of petrochemical enterprises,to control the water use status of the petrochemical enterprises,to optimize the water system,and to take appropriate technology or means to save water and improve the water saving ability of the enterprises.The current situation of water consumption both at home and abroad and the water consumption of new and old domestic refineries were systematically analyzed by literature reviewed and data surveyed in this paper.On this basis,taking the fuel chemical refinery as a typical example.A water saving control system model of a typical petrochemical enterprise was constructed,including 11 water consumption indicators.By combining the analytic hierarchy process and the matter element analysis,the indexes of the water saving control system are weighted and the water level is evaluated.The rationality of the system model construction is verified by the data calculation by assuming the water indexes of the four groups of petrochemical enterprises.In this paper,two petrochemical enterprises were taken as an example to investigate,test,and summarize the water balance by water balance test.The water use level and water use status of the two petrochemical enterprises are mastered,and 11 water indexes in the water saving control system of the typical petrochemical enterprises are obtained by two enterprises.According to the analytic hierarchy process?AHP?,the weight assignment of the 11 water consumption indexes in typical petrochemical enterprises'water saving control system is the weight vector.?=?a1,a2,?,an?=?0.238,0.021,0.108,0.043,0.043,0.070,0.043,0.070,0.172,0.172,0.021?.By means of analytic hierarchy process and matter-element analysis,the results are as follows:The optimal correlation degree of enterprise A is-0.174,the corresponding grade is V,the optimal correlation degree of enterprise B is-0.003,and the corresponding grade is V,but the water use level of enterprise A is lower than that of enterprise B.The water saving degree Y value of petrochemical enterprise A is 0.363,the water saving degree Y of petrochemical enterprise B is 0.211.And the water saving degree of two enterprises is between 0.20.4,which are all enterprises with high water saving degree,among which,the water saving degree of petrochemical enterprise B is higher than that of petrochemical enterprise A.Therefore,petrochemical enterprises A is more potential than petrochemical enterprises B.The conclusion is consistent with the facts,and demonstrates the rationality and feasibility of the water saving control system in typical petrochemical enterprises.
