With the rapid development of China's petrochemical industry,the number of pressure vessels,pipelines and other facilities in petrochemical industry is increasing rapidly,which will inevitably lead to more complex process and more difficult personnel control.Most of the petrochemical industry companies involve high temperature,high pressure,flammable and explosive medium,which can cause accidents such as casualties and property loss if the supervision is improper.Among the accidents,small hole leakage accidents of pressure vessels frequently happen and are not easy to be found or detected by the instrument,which is easy to cause property loss.If these accidents are not discovered for a long time,it is likely to cause serious leakage and explosion accidents.In order to evaluate the consequences of leakage more accurately,we need to get the real leakage rate which is suitable for the on-site process operation conditions.The article is based on this purpose.For now,the mature leakage models for small holes from a tank or a pipe unit mostly were derived based on the assumption of normal pressure,even those considering the dynamic process often ignore the effect of the process conditions on the leakage,which made the leakage rate differs from the real values.These models have limitations,of which the blind application is likely to misrepresent the leakage consequences,leading to the idle work of the risk assessment and follow-up measures.Therefore,it is necessary to study the leak law of small holes under the control of process control.First of all,the pressure storage tank leakage experiment is established by similarity principle.Then the leakage experimental data is compared with that from the leakage model built by the process simulation software to get a simulation prototype which can reproduce the process leakage.The most important steps are to study the leakage scene and the change of leakage rate under the real conditions of gas-liquid two phase separation process built by the simulation prototype and propose the proposed separation process control parameters to suppress the potential leakage of small holes presciently by studying the sensitivity of key control parameters.Finally,simulate the consequences of the hole leakage scenarios with and without automatic control through a three stage separation process and compare the leakage consequences between them to study the influence of automatic control conditions on the consequence of small hole leakage in the three stage separation process.
