The trend of aging in China is becoming more and more obvious,and the improvement of the quality of life of the elderly group has become a topic of intense concern in all walks of life.The increase in age and the weakening of physical fitness make the elderly very easy to become the host of the disease,thus becoming the main consumer in the pharmaceutical market.After investigation,high blood sugar is the most common disease in the elderly group and is difficult to cure.Taking medicine has become an essential part of the elderly's life.This subject takes hyperglycemic patients in the elderly group as the research object,and takes medicine packaging design suitable for the elderly group as the research content.It tries to alleviate the life difficulties of the elderly from the optimization of the medicine packaging design.This article includes an introduction,an overview of drug packaging design for the elderly,an analysis of the audience of elderly patients,a survey analysis based on the needs of the elderly group,the design principles of barrier-free drug packaging,and the practice and summary of high blood sugar drug packaging.The research went through three stages of research.In the first stage,the questionnaire was used to count the elderly's demand for medicine packaging,and the problems to be solved were found out.In the second stage,the elderly were collected information about the medicine packaging through visual recognition experiments.The data on the degree of reception provided effective theoretical support for the actual design of the pharmaceutical packaging;the third stage of the field interview with an elderly patient with high blood sugar,through the case analysis method to understand their entire process of taking medicine,and then targeted Optimize the design of pharmaceutical packaging.Based on the data collected by research and analysis,the design principles of barrier-free pharmaceutical packaging were studied,including the principles of barrier-free information transmission and barrier-free use.According to the visual characteristics of the elderly,the principle of barrier-free information transmission was elaborated from four perspectives: text,graphics,color,and layout;and the principle of barrier-free use of the carrying according to the behavioral characteristics of the elderly from packaging materials,packaging structure,opening and closing methods Three angles are explained.In the practice and outlook of the last chapter design,using the previous research results as support,the concept of drug packaging design for the elderly is implemented into real life,and the effective communication between drugs and the elderly group is realized,so that the drug packaging can truly Help for the elderly.
