Fluororesin has excellent weather resistance,ultra-low surface free energy,excellent inertness to light and chemical reagents,and easy cleaning.It is widely used in reinforced concrete and bridge construction industrial anti-corrosion.However,the traditional fluororesin is mainly solvent-based and has poor heat resistance and low temperature resistance,which seriously reduces the application range of fluororesin.The silicone-modified fluororesin has both chemical stability of inorganic silica and It has the advantages of physiological inertness and other typical characteristics such as good flexibility of organic groups.The introduction of silicone can significantly improve the high temperature stability and chemical stability of fluorocarbon coatings.In this thesis,fluororesin coatings were prepared by using sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate and O-9 as complex emulsifiers,chlorotrifluoroethylene fluororesins,pigments,fillers and other additives.The research content is:1.The effects of reaction time,acid value,hydroxyl value and other monomers on the properties of chlorotrifluoroethylene fluororesin were investigated and tested.The results showed that when the molar ratio of cyclohexyl vinyl ether to butyl vinyl ether was 1:1,the amount of undecylenic acid was 4 %(wt,quality score,the same below),and the amount of hydroxybutyl vinyl ether was 15 %,reaction time is10 h,the hardness of the film is 2H,the adhesion is 0,the impact strength is higher than 50 kg·cm,the flexibility is 2mm,the boiling resistance is good,the water contact angle is 84.07°,and the glass transition temperature is 20.56°C.Resistant to 243 ? high temperature.2.The effects of emulsifiers and curing agents on the properties of chlorotrifluoroethylene fluororesin emulsions were investigated and their coatings were tested and characterized.The results showed that when the amount of the composite emulsifier was 3 %,the anionic emulsifier SDBS accounted for 35% of the amount of the composite emulsifier,and the nonionic emulsifier O-9 accounted for 65% of the amount of the composite emulsifier.The chlorotrifluoroethylene fluororesin has good storage stability,mechanical stability,calcium ion stability,freeze-thaw stability,and the hardness of the film is 2H,the adhesion is 0,the impact strength is higher than 50 kg·cm,and the flexibility is flexible.The property is 1mm,the boiling resistance is good,the water contact angle is 81.04°,the glass transition temperature is 26.44 ?,and the temperature is 243 ?.3.The effects of the amount of vinyl triethoxysilane,curing agent and leveling agent on the properties of silicone modified chlorotrifluoroethylene fluororesin emulsion were studied and the coating film was tested and characterized.The results show that the ratio of vinyl triethoxysilane is 4 %,the ratio of-OH to-NCO is 1.0:1.2,and when the amount of leveling agent is 0.5 %,the hardness of the film is 3H,the adhesion is 0,and the impact strength is higher than 50 kg·cm,the flexibility is 1mm,the boiling resistance is good,the water contact angle is 82.16°,the glass transition temperature is 35.42 °C,and the temperature is 311 °C.4.Two fluororesin coatings were prepared.The results show that the mechanical properties of the silicone modified chlorotrifluoroethylene fluororesin coating are still good after film formation,and the water contact angle is increased to 88.63 °,which can withstand 361 ? high temperature.
