The competition of Jin Jiang Company is actually the competition of qualified personal.Qualified personal is the most important resources of Jin Jiang Company as well as the most important factor of achieving the goals of enterprises.Therefore,human resource is the most important and difficult impact.Human resource performance management has important influence among human resource management.We should continue to take effective measures to improve human resource performance management plan and improve department performance and personal performance effectively to accomplish the strategic target.As well as we should push the continual development of enterprises.I select the grass roots staff of Jin Jiang Company as the research object.On the basis of foreign and Chinese researcher's theory,combine with the present situation of Jin Jiang company's grass roots staff.I analysis the questions of Jin Jiang company's grass root staff with the methods of questionnaire investigation and interview.I also analysis the deep reason analysis of Jin Jiang company's performance management question and propose the performance management optimization plan and safeguard measures.I hope I am able to improve the Jin Jiang department performance and personal performance through the optimization plan and play an important role of the other company's grass roots staff human resource performance management.
