Research Of The Chinese Ancient MMORPG Game Costume

With the development of new Internet technologies,games have gradually become an indispensable part of people's lifestyle.Vivid and interesting game characters and novel and beautiful character costumes can not only bring more pleasant and comfortable game experience to game players,but also play a role in improving people's aesthetic awareness and spreading cultural connotation.As an excellent local game category in China,ancient Chinese MMORPG games have conveyed traditional cultural messages to players continuously and shown the beauty of traditional costumes.This paper made a detailed analysis of the costume design of the characters in ancient Chinese MMORPG games through the research methods of data query,comparative analysis,illustration enumeration analysis and case analysis.The concept of ancient Chinese MMORPG games was divided and defined.According to the definition,the ancient Chinese MMORPG games were summarized and selected,and the main research object was obtained.According to the comparison and research,the popular game " Magic Blade Online" was selected as the case analysis object,and the key in-depth analysis and research were carried out.This paper summarized and discussed the most common characters' professional clothing,mall clothing and plot task clothing in Magic Blade Online,and specificallyanalyzed the characteristics of Jack nife's clothing design from the perspective of profile,style,fabric,pattern and color,and then summarized the principles of clothing design in ancient Chinese MMORPG games: authenticity,aesthetics,innovation and cultural connotation.This paper compared the clothing designs of other popular ancient MMORPG games in our country,summarized the advantages and disadvantages of ancient MMORPG games in our country,and provided reference standards for clothing designs of other similar games.The innovation of this paper lies in the analysis and arrangement of the cultural elements of Chinese traditional clothing from the perspective of clothing design,and the practical application of the relevant traditional cultural elements.Taking the promotion of Chinese traditional national culture as the breakthrough point,the clothing design characteristics of ancient Chinese MMORPG games are analyzed,which provides practical operation methods and scientific theoretical basis for the future design of game role clothing.
