At present,the Netherlands,France,Ireland,the United States,other European and American countries of the Agaricus bisporus mushroom factory production technology has been in the world's leading level,the division of labor in all links is clear,complete facilities,well-equipped,fine technology,Agaricus bisporus mushroom factory production model has become the industry's future high-speed development of the inevitable trend and means.The ruffling machine used in the European Agaricus bisporus mushroom factory is simple to make,easy to operate,high efficiency and low failure rate.And China's edible ruffling machinery industry started late,coupled with the rapid development of the Agaricus bisporus mushroom factory industry,lack of professional designers and production company,in the face of compost materials and the diversity of planting methods,domestic ruffling show poor adaptability,high failure rate short comings,seriously affect the production efficiency of Agaricus bisporus mushrooms.This study is aimed at the current situation of Agaricus bisporus mushroom factory production in China,combined with the design concept of the European and American ruffling machine,in order to improving the production efficiency,the success rate and adaptability of the soil-covering bacteria,to play the"company and farmers"production mode effectiveness,tap the production potential of farmers,to design a lifting ruffling machine,by market research,design standards,theoretical research began,after systematic design ideas,the design of lifting lift.The main tasks of the institute are:?2?This study designed a ruffling machine that can be adapted to the production of multi-layer bed frames in Agaricus bisporus mushroom factory,but also to the low-rise or tiled production of Irish-style sheds,including self-walking ruffling car and hydraulic lifting platforms.Self-walking ruffling car trate design for symmetrical double helix arrangement stirring teeth,self-walking ruffling car optimal walking speed of 0.3 m/s,the speed of the stirring teeth is 200 r/min;The electrocution pitch S=45 mm,the electric pushrod stroke for controlling the stirring teeth and the suppression roller lift are 200 mm and 30 mm,the hydraulic lift platform uses a gear motor control and throttle dwelling hydraulic circuit,the lift platform hydraulic cylinder stroke is 1,880 mm,the lift height is 3,550 mm,and the speed of the lift is 550 mm/min.?3?Using SolidWorks to build a three-dimensional model of the rack,the frame is modally analyzed in an ANSYS Workbench Model,and the results show that the first 10thh order of the rack have a natural frequency range of 29.641 to 85.161 Hz and an amplitude of22.621 to 69.822 mm.External excitation frequency analysis shows that the frequency range of 0.8 to 24 Hz of external excitation frequency falls just into the rack's 1st order natural frequency,22.23 to 38.533 Hz,the optimized rack 1st order natural frequency avoids the external excitation frequency;The results of rack finite element analysis show that the maximum deformation of the optimized frame is 0.005 mm,the maximum stress is 2.029MPa,the maximum strain is 1.351×10-5,the optimized rack stress and strain are much less than the material yield strength,to meet the strength and stiffness design requirements of the ruffling machine rack,can be used as a ruffling rack.?4?The results of the orthogonal test show that the degree of influence on the test indicators is from large to small:the depth of the ruffling,the speed of stirring teeth,the speed of ruffling car,the best operating parameters of the ruffling machine is 55 mm,the stirring teeth speed is 200 r/min,and the advance speed of the ruffling machine is 0.3 m/s.After adjusting the parameters of the ruffling machine to the best state,the test results showed that the contact surface of the soil and compost material after the operation had been completely pierced,the compost material content in the mulch was 0.028 percent,the depth pass rate of 97.6%,the old bacteria block or the residue rate of the bacteria after the bed surface was 1.9%,the surface ball diameter error of 3.9%,the height difference after the suppression was 92.62%,and the failure rate was 0%.The test process and the results show that the machine is adaptable,high safety and meets the requirements of the factory production of Agaricus bisporus mushrooms,and this study aims to provide some reference for the follow-up design and test of the factory production equipment of the Agaricus bisporus mushroom.
