The tailings pond is an important production and environmental protection facility produced during the mining industry.There are large individual differences in tailings,which makes it extremely difficult to seek unified engineering treatment measures.The economic,social and environmental impacts caused by tailings wreck cannot be ignored.In addition,most domestic tailings reservoir sites are away from the concentrator.Far from the road,the dam construction process is complicated.Based on this,it is especially necessary to analyze the mechanical engineering characteristics of the tailings pond and its stability analysis methods and engineering measures.This paper summarizes the mechanical properties and engineering characteristics of tailings by consulting a large number of literatures at home and abroad,analyzes the stability analysis methods,explores the combination of engineering measures and its rationality,and carries out the calculation method of its mechanical properties and stability.The basic methods and paths of the design are used to simulate the stability analysis under different flood conditions with different dam heights and slope ratios.The main ideas are as follows: First,the system summarizes the physical and mechanical characteristics and engineering characteristics of the tailings,and combines the current specifications.,standard and design manual,in–depth study on the stability calculation method of tailings dam,the main methods of stability analysis of tailings pond and the software profile used in the stability analysis of this paper;then,by studying the basic design of tailings pond Method,path,clear basic measures for tailings pond management design,and simulate the stability data analysis of tailings pond under different dam height and slope ratio flood conditions,and outline the design method of tailings pond,and propose tailings Common engineering treatment measures in the process of library management,research on stability optimization analysis path through simulation calculation Finally,the design of the unloading engineering of Linguotang tailings pond is taken as a case,and the project overview,safety review and unloading engineering design are presented.The engineering control measures recommended in this paper are adopted,and the finite element software is used for stability analysis.Simulate the calculation of its optimized analysis path.For tailings pond management measures,single unloading,sloping and immersion line control can not fully achieve the management objectives,unloading and controlling the immersion line combination can meet the requirements,and the water level in the reservoir should be strictly controlled.Through the unloading project of Linguotang tailings pond,the design,treatment method and engineering examples are mutually verified,and the project implementation unit provides reference for engineering optimization,thus improving the economic and safety of Linguotang tailings pond treatment project.Determine the relationship between dam height,slope ratio and wetting line,as the basis for optimal design of tailings pond under different flood conditions,so as to improve the stability and economy of tailings pond design under non–special conditions,providing guidance for the design and operation of tailings ponds of similar projects.
