Recently,with the strengthening of people's awareness of environmental protection,dredging projects have been carried out in major waterways,small and medium rivers,and lakes.During the construction process,a large amount of dredged sludge will be produced.Due to the limitations of the dredging equipment and process,the sludge has the characteristics of high natural moisture content,slow consolidation and rheological properties,which increases the difficulty of treatment in the later stage of sludge.The current research mainly uses a curing agent,and it is not necessary to consider the reduction of the moisture content of the sludge from the dredging process.This paper takes the cutter suction dredging as the research object,using numerical simulation methods to simulate the reamer and its conveying pipe,analyzing of flow field changes under different cutter speeds and sludge transport speeds and their effects on the moisture content of dredged sludge.Analysis of the reason why the moisture content of sludge is too high during the process of dredging.Firstly,the fluid calculation model of the dredging reamer is established.This paper simulates the dredging reamer model at different speeds and obtains the distribution of sludge flow field and the change of sludge volume fraction.According to the simulation calculation results,the distribution law of sludge at different speeds and the influence on the volume fraction of sludge were analyzed.Secondly,the three-dimensional simulation model of the reamer is established.The flow field distribution of sludge in the axial direction of the reamer are observed and analyzed.Establishing a simulation model with a reamer cover is to analyze the effect of the reamer cover on the sludge flow field and the final sludge volume fraction.Then,in this paper,a fluid simulation model of pipeline with certain pipeline roughness is established.The simulation is carried out under different transport speed conditions to study the flow field distribution of pipeline transport under different transport speeds,and the simulation method is used to analyze the pipeline transport process and the change in the volume fraction of the sludge.Finally,according to the simulation calculation results and empirical data,the Isight software is used to establish an approximate model to optimize the parameters of the cutter speed and the pipeline conveying speed.The maximum sludge volume fraction that can be achieved by thecutter suction dredging is obtained,and the cutter speed and the cutter speed are completed.The parameter optimization of the two parameters of the pipeline conveying speed provides theoretical guidance for the parameter setting of the cutter suction dredging.
