Melt-cast explosive is one of the most important energetic materials in the field of military,now,the most widely applied melt cast explosive is 2,4,6-trinitrotoluene(TNT).As a novel melt-cast explosive,3,4-dinitropyrazole(DNP)is a promising candidate that can replace TNT in the field of military and industry,owing to its excellent properties,for instance,the appropriate melt point(85?)for melting,crystal density is higher than TNT(1.81 g/cm~3 to 1.65 g/cm~3).The existence of numerous intermolecular hydrogen bonds stabilize the crystal structure of DNP,moreover,the?-?stacking interaction between the DNP molecular layer can make it more stable.Except for the brilliant properties,the synthesis of DNP also stay low-cost level,with the cheap raw material——pyrazole,as the primary material and simple 3-step synthesis routine.In order to explore the practical application as the energetic materials,we systematically study on the structures and properties of 14 species of energetic compounds based on 3,4-dinitropyrazole.The main contents in this paper are summarized as follows:We cultivate the 3,4-dinitropyrazloe's solvent-free single crystal for the first time,and the structure is determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction.The result shows that it belongs to monoclinic,space group is P21/c,with a density of 1.81g/cm~3.After a large-scale preparation,we measure its detonation velocity by chronometry,the actual detonation performance of 3,4-dinitropyrazole is fanally exposed to us.Five kinds of organic salts,two kinds of co-crystal and seven kinds of metal salts based on 3,4-dinitropyrazole are projected and synthesized,they are fully characterized by modern spectroscopic techniques.Single crystals are obtained by solvent evaporation method and recrystallization method,and the crystal structures are analyzed.The thermal decomposition behavior of these compounds are analyzed by DSC-TG coupling technique,The sensitivities of impact and friction are also tested.
