New tobacco products represented by electrically heated cigarettes have great market potential at home and abroad.However,electrically heated cigarettes in China started relatively late in research and development,and their market share is small.There is a certain technological gap between electrically heated cigarettes and foreign products.Taking a typical electric heating product from abroad as the research object,combined with simulation analysis and experimental verification,the flow field distribution and heat transfer rule of the product in the use process were obtained.3D scanning technology and other measurement means are used to build a 3D model for simulation.The volume and mass of tobacco were measured by exhaling nhexane and other methods,and the parameters such as porosity,skeleton density and resistance coefficient were calculated.Based on the established three-dimensional model and measurement parameters,the flow field simulation of the appliance and cigarette system was carried out to obtain the internal flow field distribution.Test cigarette and system pressure drop,inlet speed and flow rate,and compare with simulation results to verify the accuracy and reliability of the established model and parameters.The electronic heating behavior of heating plate and the relationship between the maximum steady-state temperature and the current of heating plate were obtained by using infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement technology.The electrical conductivity of platinum,the main heating resistance-was modified by simulation,and the reliable electrothermal model of the heating sheet was obtained by comparing with the infrared results.By simulating the static heating process and dynamic suction process of the system under constant current,the distribution characteristics and variation rules of the heat flow field inside the system were obtained.The thermocouple was used to measure the temperature of the gas phase inside the cigarette.The temperature of the corresponding position was extracted from the simulation results for comparison and verification.In this paper,through modeling,simulation and experimental verification,a reliable CFD simulation model of electrically heated cigarette has been established,which lays a foundation for further research and provides methods and ideas for the design,research and optimization of other similar products in China.It has important research significance and engineering application value.
