Coal washing and processing is an important technical means for clean and efficient utilization of coal at present.It has the characteristics of high efficiency and low cost.It significantly improves the utilization rate of coal resources and reduces the emission of pollutants.According to the principle of "clean,low-carbon,efficient and centralized",it is estimated that the proportion of raw coal washed in 2020 will reach more than 75%.Compared with foreign countries,most of raw coal in China has high ash content and is difficult to wash.At present,the research of coarse slime separation technology in China is still mainly focused on physical model separation test and optimization of equipment structure.Therefore,deepening the theoretical research of slime particle sedimentation separation,and on the basis of the research,innovating the control method of separation control system of separator has very important practical application value.In this paper,based on the interference bed coarse slime separator,the sedimentation theory of coarse slime particle separation is analyzed,and different sedimentation models are calculated and analyzed.Through analysis,it is concluded that there are many factors affecting the separation of coarse slime,and they have cross-effects,but the final result of each factor is that the separator interferes with the bed density.Therefore,the structure model of Coarse Slime Separator built in SolidWorks is simulated by Fluent-EDEM software.The flow field and particle movement in the separator are simulated numerically when the bed density is interfered with differently.According to the influence of the density change of the separating machine bed on the separation effect of coarse slime particles,the density stability of the separating machine bed is determined as the control objective of the separation system.Based on the numerical simulation results of coupling the separation theory of Coarse Slime Separator with Fluent-EDEM software,a model-free adaptive control(MFAC)method for coarse slime separation control is further proposed,and the MFAC module is designed and encapsulated in Simulink according to the model-free adaptive mathematical model.In Simulink,the simulation modules of coarse slime separation control system,which are mainly controlled by MFAC controller,conventional PID controller and fuzzy PID controller,are established,and the control performances of the three controllers are simulated and analyzed.According to the analysis of simulation results,the MFAC outer-loop compensation PID scheme is redesigned,and the simulation analysis of this scheme is made.The results show that the control system ofcoarse slime MFAC outer-loop compensation PID separation is stable,good control performance and suitable for complex coarse slime separation.This paper has 62 figures,4 tables and 71 references.
