Research On The Design And Manufacture Of Built-up Ornament With Jinsi Jade As Main Material

Jinsi jade is distributed in the northern region of Xinjiang,China.In recent years,it has been gradually known that Jinsi jade should have occupied a place in the jade market with its abundant output,low price,bright color and stable jade.However,limited by the inherent pattern of traditional jade carving,Jinsi jade is not ideal in its current development.Based on the current development of Jinsi jade as a starting point,this paper conducts field research on the jade market and famous scenic spots in Urumqi,sorts out the current carving themes and market conditions of Jinsi jade,and expounds a series of problems existing in Jinsi jade products in the current market.Second,according to the applicable types could be divided into tourism memorial gold jade ornaments ornaments,indoor as well as the three categories of public space decoration,home decoration and design method of new design into the golden jade ornaments,in its performance using "get zero for the whole" modular design,product use of "intermediate" mode of production,to give up on the defect of materials processing "dig dirty to lock" to make full use of the golden jade this natural material,and combined with a variety of material is rich in the performance of the product effect;Finally,the theory and practice will be combined,in view of the new design concept proposed above,according to the type of design and production of "big bazaar small night light","patchwork chandelier 1,2" "ocean voyage" three groups of combined decorations with gold and jade as the main material.Through the research on the innovative design and production of Jinsi jade and the integration of jade materials and modern design,the author tries to create both inline with the needs of the times and the mass production of Jinsi jade ornaments,and explores the innovative development path of Jinsi jade in the future.
